Total Investment - 8000.
12pm Dana + second shooter arrives at Planters Inn to photograph bride + groom's personal wedding details (gown, shoes, rings, invitation suite, jewelry, cufflinks, tie, etc) and girls getting ready
1:15pm Second shooter meets Jake to photograph him getting ready
1:30pm Bride gets into her gown
2pm Dana drives Sarah downtown for First Look; second shooter drives Jake (location TBD)
2:30pm First Look, immediately followed by portraits downtown
3:15pm Bride, groom + photographers head back to Planters Inn
3:45pm Group photos with friends at Planters Inn
4:15pm Family formals at Planters Inn
4:45pm Everyone tucked away; guests begin to arrive for ceremony; Dana + second shooter to photograph ceremony + reception space details at this time
5:30pm Ceremony
6pm Cocktail hour to be covered by second shooter; Dana to photograph lingering family photos + reception details at this time
7pm Reception starts (sunset 8:13pm)
10/11pm Reception ends

As part of the process, I have put together a tentative photo timeline (above) that is based on the wedding day experience you want to have. Please feel free to share this with your wedding planner once it is complete, so that they are able to incorporate our photo timeline into their master timeline.

If this proposal looks good and you're ready to book, please email me to let me know. I will send over your contract, as well as an invoice for your retainer - which is 50% of your total investment. Once I receive the signed contract + retainer, you will be officially on the books!
